The first thing your group needs to do is pick a social issue that is a problem in your community. Examples include, but are not limited to: littering, drug use, racism, sexism, homelessness, suicide, pollution, animal neglect, child abuse, dating violence, street racing, violence among teens, underage drinking/smoking, obesity, bullying, etc. A topic may only be covered by one group in the class, so pick your topic early. Make sure that you pick a topic that your group can agree on.
